Due to the popularity of pickleball, there is now another recreational session on Wednesdays.

Pickleball Plus meets in Atlantis at 11am on Wednesdays. This group is aimed at players who want to enjoy the game, but are not too concerned about the score.

Another recreational group meets on Mondays. For more serious players, Pickleball Competitive meets on Friday mornings. Anyone wishing to learn the game should contact Caroline . When there are a suitable number of potential players, a class will be arranged.

We have up to six courts available, in the main hall at Atlantis Leisure. Paddles and balls are provided, though you're free to bring your own paddle, of course. The cost is £2 per person, payable to the convenor (Peter).

Please let the Convenor know at 9am on Saturday whether or not you intend to play so he can arrange for a suitable number of courts. Currently, members respond to an app to book their place. However, this should not prevent others from playing. Please contact the convenor if this would be a problem.

Although it is a relatively relaxed sport, there are certainly opportunities for accidents! Please watch this video to see how to avoid the most common ones. Players are asked to sign the Pickleball Safety form before playing.

During the school holidays we meet at 4.00pm.
